MACHINE MANUFACTURING DIVISION (MMD)
- Design- Mechanical
Diploma/ BE Mechanical with minimum 2+ years experience in Design of machines/ engineering
equipment. Must possess strong knowledge of Pro/E, AutoCAD. Job involves the design
and development of CNC machines such as CNC Tube bending machines, Hydraulic Presses,
SPMs and various tooling.
- Design- Hydraulics
DME/BE with 5+ yrs. experience in design/ production of hydraulic systems especially
for machine tools. Should have knowledge of hydraulic components & preferably
proportional/servo hydraulic systems.
- Design- Electrical
DEE/ BE Electrical with 5+ yrs. Experience in electrical design. Strong background
in the areas of Electrical design for Machine building, control panel design and
execution. Job involves leading a team of engineers to conceptualize and execute
electrical design based on customer/ machine requirements.
- CNC Engineer
DME/ BE with 4+ years experience. Preparation and proving of programs on CNC Turning
center, VMC and/or Floor borer. Should be conversant with Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
Exposure to new generation cutting tools.
- Industrial Engineer/Production Planning
DME/ BE with 4+ years experience. Process planning for machining of heavy components
on CNC boring, VMC etc. Should be conversant with SAP- PP module.
- Purchase
Diploma/ BE/ Graduate with 3+ years experience in Purchase department. Must have
exposure to engineering industry and have exposure to SAP- MM module.
- Quality Engineer
DME/ BE with 3+ years experience in inspection of machined components. Ability to
read and understand engineering drawings
- Sr. Manager- Quality
DME/ BE with 15+ years experience in heading the Quality function in a machine tool/
equipment manufacturing set up. Should have thorough knowledge of ISO systems and
procedures.
- Cost Accountant
Cost accountant with ICWA and 3+ years experience. Should have good command in CO
module of SAP.
- Manager- Spares
Dynamic and result oriented sales/ service personnel required to head our newly
created Spares Division to cater to the spare parts and tooling requirements of
our growing installed machine base. Candidate should be Diploma/ BE with 10+ years
experience in service/ sales of machine tools/ equipment.
- Engineer- Spares
Dynamic and result oriented sales/ service personnel required to join our newly
created Spares Division to cater to the spare parts and tooling requirements of
our growing installed machine base. Candidate should be Diploma/ BE with 3+ years
experience in sales.
- Stores and Excise
Graduate with 10+ years of experience having extensive knowledge of stores, inventory
control and excise procedures in SAP. Will be HOD for stores dept.
COMPONENT MANUFACTURING DIVISION (CMD)
- Production
DME/BE with 5+ yrs. experience in Automotive production. Experience of working in
a Press shop preferred. Will be responsible for all production activities of our
hydroformed and pressed parts. Knowledge/ exposure to TS16949 systems, SAP preferred.
- Development
DME/BE with 3+ yrs. experience in Automotive product development. Knowledge of PPAP,
APQP documentation. Job involves development and productionising of hydroformed,
pressed and/or bent parts. Knowledge/ exposure to TS16949 systems, SAP preferred.
- Maintenance
DME/BE with 15+ yrs. experience in maintenance of Hydraulic presses and other equipment.
Should have good hydraulic troubleshooting experience. Will be responsible for all
maintenance activities of our Component Manufacturing Division. Knowledge/ exposure
to TPM, TS16949 systems, SAP preferred.
- Maintenance
DME/BE with 5+ yrs. experience in maintenance of Hydraulic presses and other equipment.
Should have good hydraulic troubleshooting experience. Knowledge/ exposure to TPM,
TS16949 systems, SAP preferred.
- Stores
Graduate with 5+ years experience working in stores department of an Automotive
company.
- General
Candidates with higher qualifications/ experience may apply. Salary commensurate
