Established in the year 2002, the Component Manufacturing Division leverages our 35 years experience in forming technology to produce formed parts and assemblies. It specialises in complete solutions for critical and demanding applications, above and beyond the ordinary. The Component Manufacturing Division offers innovative and cost-effective alternatives such as tube and sheet hydroforming, specialised tube bending and end forming, servo pressing, laser machining, etc. to conventional forming, thereby providing our customers the advantage of superior product performance-to-cost.
Our customised solutions work perfectly for primarily the automotive and auto component sectors, and also for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, architecture/interior, furniture and general engineering industries.
We are proud to add value and content to many leading automotive brands and other products too. Our Machine Manufacturing Division manufactures and builds most of the machines required for this division. Here, our forming experience enables the most suitable technology to be used to produce a superior quality part in fewer production stages.
